- James L. Knoll, IV, M.D. is the Director of Forensic Psychiatry, Associate Professor of Psychiatry at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. He has worked as a forensic evaluator for state and federal courts, corrections, and the private sector.
